Will you be full-time or occasional recreation? Do you have an unlimited amount of $$$?
There is a huge range in R.V.’s. If $$ is no object Class A would be Monaco or Prevost. Next level would be Fleetwood, Holiday Rambler, Winnebago, etc.
Class C you can choose based on Chassis (Ford, Chev) and then coach mfg.
The business has really progressed through the years, so to me I would search by price- get the most bang for your buck, so to speak, because so many of them are comparable.
I would suggest going to RV sales lots and looking at them. If you are in an area where there are RV parks, go in and talk to the folks that have them. They love to talk about their RV’s, and they can tell you all the pros and cons. Also, in our area many people sell their rigs in the spring, so there are lots of good deals to be found. Lots of folks find it worth their while to come buy here then drive home.
