What kind of suspension is needed for towing a tent trailer?
I have a 2001 Volvo V70 and it sits low in the rear with the trailer attached. What kind of equipment (suspension or stabilizers) do I need so the car doesn’t bottom out when I am on rough roads?

first off, you need a quality hitch with stabilizers for the trailer.don’t excede the tongue weight rating. as far as the vehical goes, heavy duty rear springs or bare minimum a set of air shocks (if available for your car) should raise the rear of the car.the springs are best but the shocks will allow you to adjust the ride height.
